If your webIRB account has been disabled you might see:

You are reaching this page because you either do not have a webIRB account or your account has been disabled. If you are a new user and need to request a webIRB account, please click HERE.

To enable your account, please email webIRBHelp@research.ucla.edu your:

UCLA Logon ID
department and division, and
the name of the faculty member you are working with

Please copy the faculty member on your email to webIRBHelp@research.ucla.edu.
